Trainer's Palette Total Meal Design
The Trainer's Palette is a customized program that designs your meals according to your training program, activity level, goals, body composition, and other personal conditions. These meals include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Recall, these meals are based upon your calculations in the Carbohydrate Continuum.
The best meals are based on mixing fresh, preferrably organic foods in simple ways. In a nutshell, most of these are foods that actually grew for real. Ideally, this means nonprocessed, real food - which can only be vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, tubers, legumes, and of course (ideally), naturally range-fed (even in the ocean), pollutant-free animals.
Within this context, even animals grow. There is a healthy way to avoid eating animals, but I'll say here now, "The answer is not soy." It is wise women who first taught me about the problems and the politics of soy (such as Sally Fallon). It is sad that so many women have been duped.
There's more to nutrition than what's above, of course (such as understanding whey protein, supplements, and more). BUt as far as meal design goes, it's all about food first.
